Seaborne sirens are waiting for the travellers that
come from the desert.
The heat and sand move their heart. Air moves around
them.
Desert-borne travellers are crossing places, the geography
of which is uncertain.
The sun and the water move their bodies. Fire moves
around them.
Will they meet at that point in the horizon where the
air appears to take a solid form and the earth seems
transparent?
What they risk reveals what they value.
Hajar is a joyous feast of gravity defying aerial choreography,
stilt dance and acrobatics, poetic and striking visual
images underscored by a dynamic soundtrack.
