Turbulent Landscapes

This work was commissioned to be integral to the Turbulent Landscapes exhibition and inhabited the Natural History Museum’s Jerwood Gallery for five months. The performance immersed the entire gallery in a sense of movement and a total change of perspective, with the performers literally moving, spinning and floating above the heads of the exhibition’s visitors.

What can I say?! Thanks so much for what was, yet again, an extraordinary performance from Scarabeus. I realise we always seem to present you with the impossible and you always make it look so effortless. Gabby Campbell-Johnson – NHM Public events programmer
