Airborne Families

Working with Isaac Ngugi of Unclassified Arts, we created a programme based on aerial dance, theatre games and yoga aimed at young people and parents in early years, primary, secondary and special needs schools.

Well beyond flying, this work helps families to bond in unusual and fun ways, repairing or healing difficult relationships and unblocking both parents and children.

It has the knock-on effect of creating a stronger partnership between the schools and families. This project continues our other successful parental engagement work in London, as well as nationally.

The best thing was that it gave us some quality time together. So exciting and exhilarating – fantastic fun. We talk more now. Father
