FlyingFamilies2017
    Flying Families is a FREE programme of yoga for families, aerial cocoon skills and outdoor exploration. The sessions include aerial skills using cocoons, yoga for parents and children, fun theatrical games, outdoor adventure in Queen’s Woods, relaxation techniques and massage and provide an opportunity for parents and children to spend quality time together.

    FLYING FAMILIES DATES SUMMER 2019 - for families with children aged 2-5
    All sessions run on Mondays from 1.30-3pm. Indoor and outdoor dates are as follows: 

    AERIAL SESSIONS
    Caxton House Community Centre, N19 3RQ: 
     • Mondays 13 & 20 May 
    • Mondays 3, 10 & 17 June 

    OUTDOOR SESSIONS
    Queen’s Wood N10 3LD: 
    (Meet at the café at the entrance to the woods)
    • Monday 24 June
    • Monday 1 July

    COOKING AND GROWING
