TAKE FLIGHT is an inclusive programme for young people aged 13-21. In this course you will be introduced to aerial acrobatics and develop aerial skills with physical theatre and choreographed movement. It will enable you to develop inspiring physical skills and moves on cocoons aerial hoop, silks, rope and Chinese pole. You will practice and train in a safe environment where you can challenge yourself, increase your confidence, overcome your fears and make new friends.
