Movement is beneficial to our body; it increases concentration and clears our mind. Our brilliant teachers have created a variety of uplifting classes to release tension, grow strength and stamina, deepen flexibility and mobility, but above all make us happy through movement from the cosiness of our homes, free as if we were breathing fresh sea air at the beach.
