IF NOT NOW THEN WHEN is an exciting site-specific promenade show inspired by Quentin Blake’s book ‘A Sailing boat In The Sky’ and The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.

We worked with Keys Meadow School Y 5 children to explore themes of child labour, warfare, poverty and climate change with a life sized boat travelling around the school site ‘saving’ children from each of the scenes. It culminates with an aerial performance in the hall with children suspended above the ground in cocoons in a call to action for the rights of all children.
