Staff Vacancies: We are recruiting! 

We’re looking for an experienced Learning and Participation Programme Manager with excellent administrative skills to be the strategic lead across our programme of transformative participation activities. You will be part of a small, passionate team who aim big, transforming and improving people’s lives through aerial and artistic experiences.

Learning and Participation Programme Manager
Salary: £30,000-32,000 (pro-rata)
Contract: Initially 12 months, with a probationary period of 3 months. Full time or 4 days a week for the right candidate.
Location: London – flexible with office and remote working.
Hours: 10am-6pm with an hour lunch.

Board Vacancies: We are recruiting!

Join our vibrant team and help provide leadership and strategic direction to a pioneering aerial arts charity. We’re looking to expand our board of trustees and are seeking to add to the skills and experience of the current board. If you enjoy working as part of a supportive and rigorous team and are passionate about the work we create, then we would love to hear from you.

We are ideally looking for individuals who have expertise in the following areas:

  • Fundraising
  • Law or HR
  • Venue or festival programming or leadership
  • Knowledge of voluntary and community sector in Islington
  • Local authority: Islington Council
  • Performers, producers and artists

We welcome applications from anyone who feels they have the drive and skills to make them an asset to the company.  We strongly encourage applications from individuals from the Global Majority and from the LGBTQ+ community, as we are keen to ensure our board reflects the communities we work with and provides a platform for those underrepresented in the field.

This is a voluntary role and reasonable travel expenses from outside of London and access costs can be covered.
